Training system: “Bocca di Lupo” half-pergola and Guyot counter-espalier.

Harvest:First decade of October.

Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes, crushing and destemming with subsequent six-hour maceration on the skins to extract color and aromas. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

View: Cherry pink.

Nose: Hints of small red fruits with floral notes of rose and violet.

Taste: Round, savory, elegant tannins vertical.
