Varietal: 100% Erbaluce
Terroir: Moraine origin.
Training system: Half pergola “Bocca di Lupo”.
Harvest: First decade of September.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes in boxes, soft pressing of the whole grapes with selection of the musts, clarification of the musts by flotation followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks with selected yeasts, bâtonnage for six months and re-fermentation in the bottle.
View: Brilliant golden yellow, fine perlage.
Nose: Pastry, walnut kernel, acacia honey.
Taste: Savory, acacia honey, orange, butter and ripe fruit.
