- CULTIVATION METHOD: “Bocca di Lupo” (hanging) half pergola and Guyot espalier
- HARVEST: mid-September
- VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of grapes in boxes, short maceration of the grapes for about 6 hours. Soft pressing with selection of the musts, cold decanting to clarify the musts followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks with selected yeasts
- AGING: 6 months in steel vats with some batonnage, second fermentation in May; sur lattes 36 months
- GRADATION: 13.00 %vol
- SERVING T°: 6-8 °C
- EYE: golden orange
- NOSE: white flowers, oxidized rosehips, dried fruit
- FLAVOUR: fine perlage, round, tannin combined with freshness
